FAQ

Common questions

The villa comfortably sleeps 12 guests across 6 bedrooms. We can discuss arrangements for up to 14 with a mix of bedding configurations — just mention this in your enquiry.

The minimum stay is 7 nights. We can be flexible on arrival and departure days and check-out times.

The pool is heated by solar panels at the front of the property. The temperature should be comfortable in the summer months.

Absolutely — the villa is ideal for families and groups with children. The pool is all one depth but still suitable for supervised children.

Yes, we can provide some reccomendations for local private catering. Please flag this to us on the enquiry form if you would like to receive this information.

The 30% deposit is non-refundable. The balance (due 8 weeks before arrival) is refundable if cancelled more than 8 weeks before the stay. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation. Please read our full terms in the booking pack.

The villa is approximately a 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and harbour. It is a steep walk (about 15 minutes downhill, longer on the way back), so a rental car or the local dolmuş minibus service is recommended for exploring.
